Women's Fund Annual Meeting
Overview
The 2025 Women’s Fund Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 5th , at Evansville Country Club on Stringtown Rd.
Women's Fund members will hear presentations from the finalists for this year's grants and vote to determine the recipients of two $50,000 Impact Grants.

Attendance & Voting
Following presentations by each of the finalist organizations at the Annual Meeting, Women's and Men's Fund members vote for their choice to receive one of two $50,000 Impact Grants for a program and a project. The remaining finalist organizations will each receive a $15,000 grant. Women's Fund members who are unable to attend the Annual Meeting in-person can complete an Absentee Ballot in advance using one of the following methods:

- Print and return a paper Absentee Ballot to the address listed below prior to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
